Malibu Brew Coffee in Atascadero

It's small but good I recommend the 4 berry smoothie cause it doesn't have actual berries it's berry flavor but it's amazing 💕😍

Friendly owners, great coffee drinks, smoothies, and ice cream. There is also a nice shaded patio under a big oak tree and lots of seating both inside and out.

Great products and wonderfully friendly service. The man that owns the place is always hospitable and the lady is so kind. I have always gotten just regular coffee but most recently, I've decided to branch out a bit and tried the Chai Latte. It's now my favorite. The bagels , scones, and muffins are fab. Breakfast burritos are great as well. There is a lot of good to be said about local businesses when the owners are there making sure that everything is done just right. Malibu Brew epitomizes a well run local business that cares about their customers.

Nostalgic place from my high school days. Awesome smoothies, good breakfasts, bagels with the most cream cheese you can fit on a bagel. Great breakfast burritos in a cool, chill place.

Have been coming to Malibu Brew Coffee for some time now. Owners are Awesome! Friendly and helpful. Now that they are at their new location next to Century 21 they have more room to sit. They also serve burritos, bagels, and Doc Burnstein's ice cream. If you haven't been you need to stop by.

What an amazing experience. Coffee was yummy, the location and outdoor seating area comfortable and relaxing and the sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be stopping by there again

Owners are very community-centered. It's a great place for our youth to get to stop in and hang out with each other in a healthy social environment right near their schools. Owner hooked up my little boy (w special needs) with a little extra ice cream today :-)

First we were the only customers during a pandemic wearing masks including the attendants preparing the food. Not smart that we ordered anyway but we were on a long road trip and stopped for gas, beverages and bathroom. Gave our order. I clearly asked for a vanilla latte only to receive a regular one. It's possible the woman didn't hear me properly as she asked several times for me to repeat what I was saying due to "the mask'. When my husband returned to ask her to add the vanilla she argued with him that I didn't ask for it. Really? Who does that? The gentlemen was pleasant though as well as the other beverages.

Strawberry smoothie... Bomb! Elvis special ice cream could have been great but I was at the bottom of the ice cream carton so I didn't really taste the peanut butter. I was hoping he would have opened a new one for me but I guess not. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. Had he opened a new carton he'd earned his 5 but he didn't.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even when they are extremely busy they always complete your orders quickly, and have even let me get my order again without any extra charge after someone else took it.

Great coffee, intriguing variety, clean +great tasty cookies! If you are passing through the town or use Tesla charge station, this place is around the corner, 5 mins walk. Definitely recommend!

It was a great place until the City of Atascadero decided to mow it over to make room for a new plaza that should have included one of our Town's favorite coffee places. All this town needs is more failing retail businesses to replace the existing successful ones.

Very good coffee brew. Great sitting area outside and inside cafe. And best if all family owned and operated. Will be coming here a lot more often.

Nice little coffee spot, they've got lots of options and pastries. Be careful of the time you get there though, because a lot of high schoolers have there lunch there and it gets pretty packed!

I'm not really a coffee drinker but my daughter loves the beverages here. The owners are super nice and helpful. For me it's all about the Doc Burnstein's ice cream. For some reason ice cream shops can't seem to make it in Atascadero. Hopefully Malibu will be around for a long time.

Love this spot. The drinks are really good and personally better taste and quality than two other nearby coffee shops that shall remain nameless, also the scones are so melt in your mouth that you have to get at least one. Service excellent, respectful, and fast. Great menu all around.

This place is consistently great. Customer service is phenomenal. The owner Paul and his wife are both extremely friendly. The quality of their products are very good. They have a great selection of ice cream and smoothies. The coffee they use is delicious. I love taking my family to this place!
